Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.

 

RETURNS

  • You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@atelier-akala.org with your order number and reason for return.

 

EXCHANGE

  • We accept exchanges for sizing or style adjustments within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • If the desired exchange item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.

 

REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
